KDE removes 'accusatory' error message from Plasma 6.7 - Neowin
A new This Week in Plasma update from the KDE team is here, with a huge focus on bug fixes and a couple of small UI improvements here and there.
Starting with Plasma 6.6.2, which dropped last Tuesday, the arrows in Discover's "See More" buttons are finally in the right place, pointing in the correct direction for both left-to-right and right-to-left languages.
As for the bug fixes, the team sorted out a crash in Spectacle that happened when you tried to share a rectangular screenshot using KDE. People using Plasma's remote desktop server from a Windows client should also see a number of issues resolved. And that slightly off icon for bridged Ethernet networks has been replaced with the correct icon.
The KDE Plasma team reveals a ton of bug fixes coming to the desktop environment
Well, it's that time of the week again. Every Friday, the KDE team brings us a smorgasbord of things everyone has been working on in KDE Plasma. It's all open-source, meaning there are no hidden trade secrets or code obfuscated in proprietary software here, which means the team can collect everything that has progressed in the past week and present them as a nice end-of-week digest.
Usually, when we get these updates, there's some cool new feature making its way to KDE Plasma. However, this week, the team was hard at work making sure everything is working properly and fixing some nasty bugs that's been affecting some people. And while they're not quite as exciting, they are really important for keeping KDE Plasma running smoothly.
