CachyOS ISO Snapshot for February 2025 Brings Linux Kernel 6.13, NVIDIA 570 Driver
Powered by a Propeller-optimized Linux 6.13 kernel and featuring the KDE Plasma 6.2.5 desktop environment by default, the CachyOS ISO snapshot for February 2025 ships with the beta version of the upcoming NVIDIA 570 graphics driver to provide users with support for the NVIDIA 50xx (Blackwell) series.
The CachyOS ISO snapshot for February 2025 also enables tap-to-click by default for the X11 session, defaults to the NTFS3 kernel driver instead of NTFS3G for NTFS file system support, and updates the CachyOS kernel manager with support for switching to the “server” mode of scx_loader.

CachyOS Introduces Propeller Optimization and NVIDIA Blackwell Support
Over a month after its previous December release, powered by the latest and greatest Linux kernel 6.13, the Arch-based gamers-focused CachyOS has rolled out its first 2025 update.
While it arrived a bit later than expected, the wait was worth it. The development team held off on the launch to ensure full compatibility with the latest NVIDIA graphics cards.
The standout advancement in this release is the kernel optimization with Propeller, building on the out-of-the-box AutoFDO approach introduced in the previous version.
