New Alpha Release: Tor Browser 12.5a4 (Android, Windows, macOS, Linux)
Tor Browser 12.5a4 is now available from the Tor Browser download page and also from our distribution directory.
This release updates Firefox 102.9.0esr, including bug fixes, stability improvements and important security updates. We also backported the Android-specific security updates from Firefox 111.

Too little? Too late? Mozilla throws its hat into the AI ring
In 2020, Mozilla released a paper, Creating Trustworthy AI. In it, its analysts defined "trustworthy AI as AI that is demonstrably worthy of trust, tech that considers accountability, agency, and individual and collective well-being." So, for example, this action plan seeks to eliminate bias; protect privacy and security while avoiding the centralization of AI power in the hands of a few big tech companies.
