Letting Go and Another Attack on Richard Stallman (RMS)
There's a way to explain how nature works (the way RMS put it; he had a friend who looked after many birds); nature has no emotion/s or justice, it's just how things go. Today, for the second night in a row, The Christmas Day Bird didn't show up. The two nights of 2026 skipped already, so maybe that's it!
On the other hand, today we got lots of useful work done on the sites' back end, having begun yesterday. On our way out today we fed about 70 birds all in one go. I was very pleased and even the neighbours couldn't be displeased. Recently, they too began feeding the birds. So now there are large flocks circling us all day long.
Life is simple and fun, the important thing is that the birds are happy and we run the sites without a hitch.
On the other hand, Richard Stallman (RMS) is apparently under attack again. Today someone told us about what seems like a typical covert (behind-the-scenes) endeavour: "I fear the smear campaign has already found us and RMS, but we will stand strong against them to host this event."
People who try to 'cancel' him do nothing to disprove him. They just show how he frightens some powerful corporations (and plutocrats) with his 'painful' words, which include the "f word" (freedom).
"Be polite when responding to them so that it's them who seem rude and unreasonably to any outsider/s," I advised. The people who attack RMS have a worrisome violence fetish. █
