Red Hat layoffs are underway, but neither Red Hat nor the media will talk about it. Some people left Red Hat before the first of October (the "turning point" day) and some people still leave. They don't leave voluntarily, many of them get pushed out and we assume many are pressured to sign an NDA (to avoid "disclosure" or "disparagement", maybe both Ds).
It's very frustrating to see that corporate media doesn't cover Red Hat affairs (except when Red Hat pays it to). Worse yet, virtually every "Linux blog" ignores this. █
