Sebastian ☛ notes on how glibc and musl handle math errors
c99 specifies the macro math_errhandling, which, depending on which methods of error reporting are supported by the math.h functions, expands to either MATH_ERRNO (1), MATH_ERREXCEPT (2), or the bitwise OR of both. in a freestanding implementation it's also allowed to be 0.
math_error(7) has this to say about support for math_errhandling in glibc: [...]

Frank Wiles ☛ Open Source Maintainership in an LLM world
A couple of weeks ago I spoke about this topic at KC OSS Happy Hour and I wanted to turn the general ideas into a post I can point people at who are suffering from this problem. Steinar H Gunderson ☛ Steinar H. Gunderson: Decompilation patterns part 1: Anti-CSE
There's a lot of¹ interest in decompilation these days; taking some old piece of software (usually a game) and try to reconstruct C that does the same thing. (This is often for modding purposes, but also often for understanding, or just as a personal challenge.) Arne Sommer ☛ Pythagoras Primed with Raku
Euclid's algorithm (see e.g. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pythagorean_triple > "Generating a triple"), from around year 300 BC, gives us a neat way of solving this.
I have used $p instead of Wikipedia's n, as that one is used for the input. Other than that, this is just a formula to code job.
