GNU/Linux Rises in Russia, Closer to 5% Among Russian Users

This post is not political as we're not a political site. Russian data is just Russian data and we're not commenting on anything else.

Based on statCounter, which less than a day ago released new data (for October), Russian usage of GNU/Linux is increasing.

Based on Clownflare, which updates its data (in "Radar") every hour or so, Russian usage of GNU/Linux is somewhere in the region of 3.1% this past month or 4.2% this past year. █
