In 2024 my wife and I got sued in the UK by an American over publications of my wife in Tux Machines. Months later we submitted our defence and countersued [1, 2]. This past December the other side uploaded our defence to his personal site, so we have made a public copy. My wife appealed the judgment in November 2025. Due to a lack of money we abandoned any further efforts to appeal (any further appeals would cost money), but our barrister said that once the case is entirely over we're allowed to write about it. █
