Two More Weeks
Last year we didn't go on holiday. Microsoft's Graveley & Garrett v Schestowitz & Schestowitz [1, 2, 3] kept us busy and we prepared lawsuits, which we filed almost exactly a year ago. This year is different. We take a break from the routine and the Court respects it (the staff of the Court too goes on holiday, so they can relate, unlike the attack dogs [1, 2]).
With 30 degrees (in daytime in September) the holiday is somewhat of a "last chance" before winter in Manchester, which had plenty of much-needed rainfall this month.
Things will be back to normal two weeks from now, i.e. September 22, which is a Monday. █
