Defending Tux Machines From SLAPPs
Back in January we decided to become Litigants in Person at the UK High Court, dealing with SLAPPs against this site and a sister site [1, 2]. Becoming a Litigant in Person means that one has to spend a considerable amount of time dealing with manuals and piles of papers from overzealous laws firms.
Having said that, we're doing OK and we're convinced justice will prevail. Everything that we wrote and published was a public service to the GNU/Linux, supported by evidence and reasoned based on profound understanding of the underlying issues. █
