Still Planning to Go to the Court of Appeal
Having just mentioned that in 2 weeks' time we're in October already, we might we well remind readers that it'll be one year since the trial ended. Judgement came weeks later and Rianne commented on it, then filed an appeal (there was an ambition to bring that to the Court of Appeal, but the typical proceedings at the Court of Appeal are very expensive unless there is Legal Aid).
Next year, regardless, we might go to the Court of Appeal, one level below the Supreme Court. █
