Butlerov - 2D chemical structure editor
The editor places particular emphasis on efficient interaction using the keyboard, mouse and context menus. Rather than requiring users to manually position every bond, Butlerov automatically adjusts molecular geometry to produce predictable and symmetrical layouts. It understands common geometries associated with linear, trigonal and tetrahedral arrangements while still allowing individual bonds to be repositioned when working with congested or bridged structures.
Users can construct chains, rings and fused ring systems, create single and multiple bonds, and work with charges, isotopes and superatoms. Abbreviations such as CO₂H and TMS can be used directly in structures. Unlimited undo and redo are available, together with symmetry tools intended to keep drawings tidy.

PyGPSClient - graphical GNSS and GPS testing tool
PyGPSClient is a graphical GNSS/GPS testing, diagnostic and configuration application for Linux and other platforms. It is aimed at users who need to work directly with GNSS receivers rather than simply display a position on a map.
The application can connect to physical receivers, network sources and previously recorded data streams, providing a central interface for examining receiver output and configuring supported hardware. This makes it useful for experimenting with GNSS equipment, diagnosing receiver behaviour, working with high-precision positioning and analysing recorded data. Its tkinter interface combines receiver information, satellite data, maps, console output and configuration controls.

Reaktoro - framework for modelling chemically reactive systems
The framework supports several sources of thermochemical data, including PHREEQC, SUPCRT, SUPCRTBL, NASA and ThermoFun databases. This allows calculations to use thermodynamic descriptions appropriate to different classes of chemical systems.
Reaktoro also supports chemical kinetics, enabling reaction rates and time-dependent chemical evolution to be modelled rather than assuming that every reaction instantly reaches equilibrium. Equilibrium and kinetic capabilities can therefore be used together when modelling systems containing both equilibrium-controlled and kinetically controlled processes.
Automatic differentiation is used internally to calculate derivatives with respect to variables and parameters. This helps support its numerical algorithms and makes the framework useful in more complex modelling and optimisation workflows.

Capstone – multi-architecture disassembly framework
Capstone is a lightweight disassembly framework intended for embedding in binary analysis and reverse-engineering applications. It provides an architecture-neutral API over a very broad collection of instruction sets, allowing software to decode machine code without implementing separate disassemblers for each target.
Capstone is a framework rather than a complete interactive binary analyser. Its main role is to supply accurate instruction decoding and detailed metadata to security tools, debuggers, reverse-engineering applications and custom scripts. Its relatively small C core also makes it suitable for constrained environments.

bom - create, view and transform Software Bills of Materials
bom is a command-line multitool for creating and working with Software Bills of Materials.
It originated from the work needed to produce an SBOM for Kubernetes but is designed as a general-purpose utility rather than a Kubernetes-specific generator. The program works with SPDX documents and can construct an inventory from several different types of input, including ordinary files, whole directories and container images. Beyond generation, bom provides commands for inspecting and querying existing documents, making it useful at several stages of a software supply-chain workflow.

AmpForge - guitar amp simulator and effects processor
It can run as a standalone application or inside a compatible audio host, with the complete signal chain managed from one graphical interface. Pedals can be added, removed, bypassed and reordered directly in the rack, making it suitable for constructing both simple amp tones and more elaborate processing chains.
Although guitar processing is its main focus, AmpForge also includes vocal-oriented modules. Users can disable the amplifier and cabinet stages and combine pitch correction, de-essing, delay, reverb and other processors for vocal work.
