Today, less than a month after the 25.04.1 apps collection release, the KDE team has rolled out its second maintenance update to this series, KDE Gear 25.04.2.

Among the notable fixes, the popular video editing tool Kdenlive addresses several critical issues. Users will be pleased that bin clip effects will no longer disappear after disabling a timeline clip. Other fixes include a crash issue involving gradients, improved microphone access permissions on Snapcraft builds, and a resolution for subtitle positioning errors.
