From October 5 to October 9 this year, Prague will be the place to be for the open-source community, and especially for embedded open-source developers. The Open Source Summit Europe will take place there from October 7 to 9, while Linux Plumbers Conference will run from October 5 to 7.

CNX Software ☛ Proxmox VE now officially supports 64-bit Arm (Aarch64) targets
Proxmox has recently announced the first official release of Proxmox Virtual Environment (VE) with support for 64-bit Arm (arm64/aarch64). Until now, the popular virtualization solution was only available for x86-64 (amd64). Proxmox VE 9.2 for arm64 is built on Debian 13.5 “Trixie” with GNU/Linux 7.0, and is otherwise based on the same code as the x86-64 version, and relies on the same configuration, tooling, and documentation, except for a few architecture-specific differences.

Joshua Branson added a pretty cool svg logo for our ethernet multiplexor. He built that image with Inkscape whilst using a Hurd laptop (Thinkpad 420) running on real iron! The Hurd wiki could certainly use more artwork. Perhaps you have a favorite Hurd translator that you believes needs some artwork!
