Trying to Kill One Another Over Pseudo-politics in "Linux"

There seems to be a "new game" in town. They try to tell us that some distros or mere components of distros are "political" and therefore anyone who adopts those distros or pertinent components (shared by many distros) can only ever do so for some political reasons or dubious beliefs.
Years ago they said that people who rejected Linux in favour of Linux-Libre (GNU) must have been some kind of extremists. These tactics are similar, but the goalposts keep moving. Since both kernels are almost the same (their names and their logos also*), there's no reason to resort to this very divisive demonisation. Try to share**. █
________
* It's a flightless bird and Linux-Libre has an adorable logo. This comes from Linux-Libre 6.18:

** Today when bottle-feeding The Sick Bird I saw a metal bird ring around its leg or 'ankle' part. It 'spoke' and ate a lot, its fur seems to have improved owing to the dry weather too. The goal is to help this bird recuperate so it doesn't end up dead in this cold winter. We plan to get another large sack of the best seeds some time soon, seeing the birds can (and do) taste the difference.
