Development Release: Mandriva Linux One 2006.0 Beta

Quoting a message published on the Mandriva Cooker list, Warped Systems reports that a beta release of Mandriva Linux One, a live CD with an option to install it to a hard disk, is available: "Available on the mirrors, a beta version of a new live CD based on Mandriva Linux 2006. This live CD is a complete Mandriva Linux system, which you can use directly from the CD or install on your hard drive.

I have a CD/DVD burner and a CD/DVD player in my computer and the only way I could get this iso to boot was to unplug one of them. I'm posting this as a FYI in case you were having trouble getting the iso to boot on your system resulting in a kernel panic. This could be your problem.

Well, let's not stir that up again. It was confirmed at the time that it was a kernel issue effecting several distros. Mandriva (Mandrake) was just the first one "caught" and got all the bad press. But it effected suse and redhat as well as others too.

Well, actually my slave drive on my secondary ide is a LG cdrw. But the system wouldn't boot with two drives hooked up, so it was the LG that got unplugged here.

On Linux handbook, we already have a guide on deploying Ghost with Docker in a reverse proxy setup. Instead of Ngnix reverse proxy, you can also use another software called Traefik with Docker. It is a popular open-source cloud-native application proxy, API Gateway, Edge-router, and more. I use Traefik to secure my websites using an SSL certificate obtained from Let's Encrypt. Once deployed, Traefik can automatically manage your certificates and their renewals. In this tutorial, I'll share the necessary steps for deploying a Ghost blog with Docker and Traefik.
