FOSS United Foundation ☛ Designing for IndiaFOSS 2026

This year we had around 8-10 volunteers contributing to the design work for IndiaFOSS. This is a collection of my experiences, observations, and learnings from managing and contributing to the design of IndiaFOSS 2026.
