Appealing a Judgement

Earlier this month my wife explained why she was appealing last month's judgement and today it seemed like a repeat of early October when Brett Wilson LLP was deleting our messages and misrepresenting us (to the Court).

We already have several potent grounds for appeal, but they keep giving us more.

Brett Wilson LLP has been very aggressive against us and basically engaged in lawfare. I intend to write about what they did to us in years to come because the public deserves to know. Their own clients, which sue them, deserve to know. Harris appears to have dumped Brett Wilson LLP (for both cases [1, 2]) after the publishers he had sued strongly and firmly defended what they published about him (the UK government's official site suggests the same; this seems like classic SLAPP).

What's at stake here is the reputation and credibility of the legal profession in the UK. █
