Downtime - Electricity Outage

My apologizes for the downtime this afternoon, but the electricity went off and stayed off for approximately 3 hours.
It must have been pretty bad because it usually don't take our electric company that long to get service restored. Not just that, but it blinked twice over that period, as if they threw the switch but the breaker kicked back off.
I don't know what happened, but when I called to report the outage, the lady said they had outages all over town. After the first hour I could see lights restored downtown, but it's always like that.
But anyway, besides being offline to my visitors, I lost almost 120 days uptime. That seems to be the magic number around here. Each time I just almost hit that mark - something takes my server back down. Looking on the good side, now I can boot a new kernel.
So anyway, sorry.
