Next Week It'll be 3 Months of Shell Tank
Two weeks before the end of May we "deployed" a shell tank. Within 3 weeks it turned out to be a great success and the tank's location was changed over time. It's nowadays very close to me. I find it very relaxing.
The water needs to be replaced or replenished sometimes, but the shells otherwise clean after themselves. I gave Rianne one adult shell (for her fish tank) to help keep it clean.
The birds have also learned how to behave and wait for food without jumping at the window to make noise. They fight less with one another (territorial instincts).
Today ends the first week of August and we go on vacation. █
