Strategic Lawsuits Against Public Participation (SLAPPs): UK Government and NGOs Will be Briefed on Our Experience
A year ago Tux Machines became the target and subject of SLAPP, having long been abused by the SLAPPers. My wife wrote: "Everything published will stay intact and no one can take it down from Tux Machines and from Techrights. The truth will come out and the truth will prevail so that the public and people in FOSS circles will see this."
Everything is staying intact and the SLAPPer, who got sued himself [1, 2], needs to explain his own abuses. The deadline for him is approaching.
This hopefully comes to show that SLAPP doesn't work against Tux Machines. It'll never work against Tux Machines. We'll become more proactive*.
Earlier today we made some more improvements to Tux Machines (presentation, CSS changes). We hope this will improve clarity, having recently improved navigation. █
