WordPad has been a pre-loaded word processor since backdoored Windows 95 but the latest backdoored Windows 11 Insider Version shows it will finally removed, as was promised a few months ago.

Microsoft Seems Intent on Gutting Call of Duty Developers as Latest Layoffs Leave the Future of the Franchise in Uncertain Waters
The layoffs come after Microsoft acquired Call of Duty owner Activision Blizzard and the departure of Activision Blizzard boss Bobby Kotick. While Microsoft wanted to bring more content, the massive layoffs across studios will make it hard to achieve that and have left the future of the $31 billion franchise in shambles.
