Candela City was first introduced in SuperTuxKart in version 0.9.3 in 2017, and remained essentially the same in subsequent versions.
For SuperTuxKart Evolution, it is receiving a very large set of changes to make it fresher, more fun, and more beautiful. Valve's Steam Frame dongle script says do not switch your Wi-Fi region to US
Valve's troubleshooting script for the Steam Frame wireless adapter tells Linux owners whose Wi-Fi regulatory domain has no 6GHz band not to switch it to US, and to tether the headset over USB instead. The script, frame-dongle-troubleshoot.sh, reached Valve's public SteamVR-for-Linux repository in five commits between September 25 and September 28.

Valve confirms Nvidia's 580 driver branch breaks Steam Link VR on Linux
Valve has confirmed that Nvidia's 580 driver branch cannot run Steam Link VR on Linux, calling it "the NVIDIA 580 series driver incompatibility" in a reply on its own SteamVR-for-Linux tracker on September 28. Seven owners have posted in the thread since it opened on September 7, on cards ranging from a GTX 1080 Ti to an RTX 5090, and the four failing machines whose driver version is given were all on 580 releases: 580.159.03, 580.173.02 and 580.178.04.
