• Abaddon - alternative desktop client for Discord

  Abaddon is an alternative desktop client for the Discord communication platform. Written in C++ using GTK and gtkmm, it provides a conventional native application rather than packaging a web interface inside a browser-based runtime. The software is primarily developed for Linux, with builds and compilation instructions also available for macOS, Windows, and FreeBSD.

  The project communicates with Discord as an unofficial third-party client and attempts to identify itself in a similar manner to Discord’s web client. Its interface can be extensively restyled, while configuration is managed through an INI file.
