Sooner or Later One in Ten Laptops (or Desktops) in the UK Will Run GNU/Linux
GNU/Linux at 7.2% in the UK this month (including ChromeOS, which sells well around here and is available in most stores)
LOOKING at the data from this month, GNU/Linux continues growing here in the UK, with Chromebooks as usual playing a considerable role.
It would be wrong to "endorse" Chromebooks, but that's just an observation.
Considering the general trend (of Windows and of GNU/Linux), maybe in a year or two - if not later this year - we'll see 10% exceeded. Windows is in a freefall as more people opt out. █
