VirtualBox 7.2.18

Coming almost a month after VirtualBox 7.2.16, the VirtualBox 7.2.18 release fixes compilation issues with Linux kernel 7.3 on Linux hosts, adds support for RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) 10.3 kernel for Linux guests and hosts, and fixes support for Linux kernel 6.12.103 LTS for Linux guests.

VirtualBox 7.2.18 also adds support for preserving the shared DKMS directory during uninstallation on Linux hosts, fixes support for AMD systems where FRED is not available (Intel KVM only) on Linux hosts, and fixes builds across the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.8 file-open API transition.
