Calm Week Ahead, Looking Forward to 2026
Today commences the slowest week of the year, both news-wise and work-wise. By tomorrow, or the day after tomorrow, many stores and offices will be shut. That means low volume of news and virtually no new announcements from companies.
We'll take advantage of this calm period to enhance things in the site and the tools used to run this site. We expect an uneventful week and a relaxing time until the first or second week of 2026.
In June we turn 22 and months later the sister site turns 20. Two decades is something special that merits some sort of activity, i.e. same as last year's 20-year party for Tux Machines.
This year this site added over 10,000 new pages. Maybe next year will see another increase. █
