Hello wonderful community, it has been a while since the last Mobile update.
A lot has happened in the past 2 months, so let’s jump right into a quick overview of current work in progress and primary efforts.

If you’re rocking the Beta version of Thunderbird for Android, you might have noticed that all your unified folders have disappeared! Don’t panic, that’s just temporary.
We’re still churning through the technical debt and the database inconsistencies in order to create through virtual unified folders for all your accounts.

Mozilla ☛ Mozilla Future Releases Blog: Raising the Minimum Android Version for Firefox [Ed: Once again Mozilla is attacking the environment]
Mozilla has always aimed to make Firefox available to as many people as possible, including those on older Android devices. For years, we’ve supported versions of Android going all the way back to 5 (Lollipop), which first launched in 2014. That broad support has helped extend the life of many devices. However, the Android ecosystem is constantly evolving and it has become increasingly difficult for us to find ways to maintain and develop apps on these long-unsupported platforms while also allowing Firefox to take advantage of more modern devices and Android operating systems.
