The fanless platform combines the Rockchip RK3576 processor with LPDDR5 memory, onboard storage, dual Gigabit Ethernet, and hardware video acceleration for always-on AI and edge workloads.

Automotive Grade Linux (AGL) has announced the initial availability of its open source SoDeV reference platform for software-defined vehicles (SDVs), along with the addition of five new project members. The platform combines the AGL Unified Code Base (UCB) with Linux containers, VirtIO, Xen, Zephyr RTOS, and additional Linux Foundation technologies for automotive software development.

Milk-V Jupiter2 brings SpacemiT K3 RISC-V platform to Pico-ITX form factor

Milk-V has introduced the Jupiter2, a compact RISC-V single-board computer based on the SpacemiT Key Stone K3 processor. Similar to the recently announced Sipeed K3 Pico-ITX platform, the board combines eight X100 RISC-V CPU cores with an eight-core A100 AI subsystem rated for up to 60 TOPS, LPDDR5 memory, and high-speed networking interfaces including 10GbE SFP+.

Getting Closer to Nature

Earlier today I noted there had been 12 days of calm. Nobody bothered the birds' eating, so neighbours could feed them without interference. Today I received electronic communication from the Council ("Thank you for contacting us about communication you have received in relation to feeding pigeons. I have been unable to identify a Council team that has contacted you about this. If you have received any written communication from us, please can you let us have a copy so that we can use this to see which team sent it.") and it alludes to some miscommunication, which resulted in them contacting a private company (you've got to loathe privatisation). It got in contact with us and said it would be OK to feed birds, and of course offer them water, they just asked that the activity should be done closer to one's private household. That'll be done and taken care of. It seems like a compromise was reached at the end. The birds are happy. █
