Himmelblau 1.0 Released – Finally, Real Intune Policy Enforcement on Linux
I’m happy to announce the release of Himmelblau 1.0, which now supports Intune MDM policy enforcement on Linux. This is a major milestone for the project—and honestly, for the broader GNU/Linux community—because it means we finally have a working, transparent, and open-source alternative to Microsoft’s half-baked Intune client for Linux.

David Allen’s “Getting Thing Done” (GTD) system has been around for longer than Thunderbird! First published in a book of the same name in 2001, this approach to productivity is focused on freeing your brain from chaos, giving it “focus, clarity, and confidence” for creativity and new ideas. As I’m also a fan of freedom from chaos, I decided to dive back into our productivity blogs and highlight how to use tags and keyboard shortcuts to use GTD in Thunderbird.

PostgreSQL ☛ Nordic PGDay 2026 is returning to Finland for a day of Postgres
Nordic PGDay will once again return to Helsinki in March 24, 2026, for a day of PostgreSQL in the land of a thousand lakes. Nordic PGDay is a one-day single track event (with an adjoining sponsor track) focusing on bringing together the Postgres community in the Nordic region. The 2026 event will be the 11th Nordic PGDay and the third time we visit Finland.
