Yes, the bluetooth icon in the tray has a cross through it, which means the daemon is not running.

Barry Kauler ☛ Orange-ball apps fix
EasyOS has menu entries for not-yet-installed applications. These are shown in the menu with an orange-ball icon. These are in the menu as a convenience, suggestion that these are good apps to have.
For example, Easy does not have a video editor builtin, but ShotCut is an orange-ball entry in the menu. If you select it, there will be an offer to install. I like ShotCut, but of course you may have some other preference, so others such as Flowblade, OpenShot and KDEnlive are available via PKGget.

LWN ☛ Shadow-utils 4.19.0 released
Version 4.19.0 of the shadow-utils project has been released. Notable changes in this release include disallowing some usernames that were previously accepted with the --badname option, and removing support for escaped newlines in configuration files.
