Rostelecom acquires minority stake in Linux developer Bazalt SPO
Russian national operator Rostelecom has acquired a 5 percent stake in the software developer Bazalt SPO. This company develops software on the basis of Linux. Rostelecom has acquired the stake with its joint venture Consol, founded in cooperation with the Minsitry of Digitsation. By the end of this year, Consol will gradually raise its stake to 25 percent.
