One of the most common criticisms I hear about Arch Linux is that it's a rolling release distribution, which translates to frequent updates and system restarts—something that supposedly makes it unsuitable. While that argument can hold true when you’re running a server that needs 99.9% uptime, I use Arch Linux as my day-to-day work PC, and it’s plenty stable for my needs.
