Peripheral support includes a 40-pin Pi-2 GPIO header, MIPI DSI and CSI interfaces, and standard interfaces such as UART, SPI, and I2C. The board measures 133mm × 80mm × 19mm and requires a 12V power supply (3–5A) via a 5.5mm/2.1mm barrel jack. A passive heatsink is required for proper thermal management.

Software support includes RockOS, a Debian-based Linux distribution maintained by PLCT Lab, with builds available via ISRC. The board also supports NuttX, a lightweight real-time operating system. SDKs and documentation are available through PINE64’s official file server, with some materials provided in Chinese.
