The KDE Qt5 Patch Collection has been rebased on top of Qt 5.15.9

Hi list,
HEre is the slightly late next release. We're basically caught up to where we should be at this point, we've just got a handful of patches that are causing regressions or don't apply for me to work through before the next release.
In this release we have lots of patches for all over the tree, zink being the biggest singels ource of changes.
